We are proud to present our latest project – installation of an aluminium facade in the Aluprof MB-SR50N system on an office building at ul. Podwale in Krosno. The project covered over 200 m² of structural glazing.
Design challenges
The office building required a solution combining aesthetics with functionality. The investor expected maximum interior illumination while maintaining adequate thermal insulation and protection against overheating in summer.
Together with the architect, we designed a mullion-transom facade with a Solar Control glazing unit that reduces solar energy penetration by 65%, while allowing natural light through.
Applied solutions
- Facade system Aluprof MB-SR50N – slim profiles only 50 mm wide
- Solar Control glass with selective coating – g-value = 0.35
- Integrated pressure ventilators
- Automatic facade roller blinds in selected segments
Final result
The building gained a modern, prestigious appearance. Office workers appreciate the excellent illumination – they save up to 40% of energy on artificial lighting daily. The investor confirmed that heating and air conditioning costs dropped by over 25%.
The project took 6 weeks – from measurements to final acceptance. The entire project is covered by a 10-year PRO-INVEST warranty.
